UpSouth adds the fantastic “Elaneer Mousse” to its menu



Bangalore, 2014: UpSouth, the QSR initiative of Billionsmiles Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. adds the fantastic Mousse to its menu with a South Indian twist. The divine Elaneer Mousse is novel creation by UpSouth’s Chef Manu and makes saccharine way to wrap up a meal.


As the name suggests, Elaneer Mousse is made of tender coconut cream (known as ‘Elaneer’ in Kannada and Malayalam) combined with bits of juicy tender coconut. The chilled and creamy mousse is topped with crunchy caramelized nuts making it a must try!


Packaging: Small convenient packaging, easy to grab on the go. Also free home delivery available.


Pricing: As an introductory offer the dish which otherwise costs Rs. 60 for Bangalore, is attractively priced at just Rs. 30 for giving customers all the more reason to indulge in some chilled creamy delight this monsoons.
