The internationally acclaimed play ‘History Of India VIRitten’ by the celebrated actor and standup comedian Vir Das, along with AGP will be staged at Tata Theatre, NCPA in Mumbai on Sunday, September 7, 2014. Mumbai has always welcomed the show with open arms resulting in a packed house. This well known play has also received tremendous applause from fans all over the globe.


‘History Of India VIRitten’ brings out the humor in Vir Das’s crazy antics and hilarious dialogues. The opening act this weekend will be done by the well-known Kavi Shastri. The famous duo will take their audience on a journey back in time; right from the Harappan civilization, through the Vedas and the Mughal Era, ending with the oddities of the present day.
