THE CAST OF FUGLY INAUGRATE ‘TAP’ A NEW SPORTS BAR IN MUMBAI

Mumbai, May 24th, 2014: The cast of Grazing Goat Pictures’ upcoming film Fugly were recently spotted at the inauguration of an upcoming sports bar in Mumbai called TAP Sports Bar. Amidst much glitterati and media presence, the lead star cast of Fugly – Mohit Marwah, Arfi Lamba, Kiara Advani and Vijender Singh accompanied by director Kabir Sadanand launched the lush venue which already has its pedigree in Delhi.

The launch ceremony was initiated with cake cutting followed by the actors signing a few memorabilia from the venture. The attraction of the night however was the star cast doing a little jig on the title song ‘Yeh Fugly Fugly Kya hai’ which was popularised by its signature spider step and became a national sensation within a couple of days of its release. The cast was supported on the infamous Fugly signature step by the waiters of TAP Sports Bar which was highly entertaining.

Commenting on the association between launch event & Fugly cast, Management Spokesperson of China Gate Restaurants (P) Ltd said “TAP has been conceived to be a perfect blend of sports, great food, drinks, and entertainment. We are confident that TAP will be an instant hit and serve as ‘the’ destination amongst the sports enthusiasts. A big thank you to Team FUGLY for their presence and enthusiasm at the launch we could not have asked for a better debut on the social scene”

The evening saw a lot of enthusiasm from the cast and the director and the staff were greatly hospitable towards a great night. The evening concluded on a great note with a quick media rendezvous.

‘Fugly’, directed by Kabir Sadanand, is shot extensively in Delhi and the breath-taking locations of Leh. It is a story of four friends: Dev, Devi, Gaurav and Aditya and how this carefree bunch, at the threshold of their lives, get caught in a ‘Fugly’ incident, which sucks them slowly into the big bad world of corruption, politics and the real society in the capital. The entertainingly original Fugly is wacky, kitsch and puts the best of friends through the most bizarre events of their life – the game is FUGLY!

-Ends-
