Post the success of ‘Aashiqui 2’, Aditya Roy Kapur talks about his roles, relationships and handling newfound stardom.

With the exception of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, he would like to make a strategic choice and focus on consolidating his position as an actor. For that he needs to do lead roles. Aashiqui 2 has worked terrifically and he has been accepted by the audiences and now it is more important than ever, for him to choose his films wisely.Still Aditya says “it’d be ridiculous to say I would be ignoring all supporting roles.”

For somone who has been recieving so many accolates for his recent release, the best compliment he has ever recieved comes from An elderly lady who came upto him and said that she had spent her entire life with an alcoholic so she knew what their peculiarities were, and he got the complexity of an alcoholic character perfectly right in the film.

When asked if he needs the assurance of a relationship to keep himself grounded??. Aditya said ” I don’t see any direct connection, but yes everybody needs a compassionate relationship. I haven’t had one in a while, but that’s not really my priority right now. If love comes and hits me on the face, then I’m not going to let it go because you can’t control the matters of the heart.”

Talking about overnight stardom “It is quite unreal. I have never seen such kind of success in my life. Not even around me. It makes me nervous. I’m trying to soak in as much as possible because I’m well aware of its tentative nature.”

The obvious question arises that why didn’t he approach his brother Sidharth Roy Kapur, who is the CEO UTV Motion Pictures to help him out with roles?. He clarifies “It was a very conscious decision among all us brothers to not to interfere in one another’s business. All three of us are doing well. I never needed his help because it was never my ambition to become an actor. I wasn’t running around Bombay asking for work. I was happy with whatever I was getting. So when these films didn’t succeed, I wasn’t left heartbroken. I did them because I felt I shouldn’t say ‘no’ to an experience.”

CA Technologies announced new infrastructure management capabilities for Citrix XenDesktop 7, providing customers with faster problem resolution and optimized service delivery.
Dell introduced Dell DVS-Enterprise Integrated Storage for Citrix XenDesktop 7. The new solution has demonstrated results that cut the cost of VDI in half. Using local storage, the virtualized desktops are built on modular Dell PowerEdge servers and Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V infrastructure which support a range of 50 – 1,000 users in a pooled VDI environment for a compute, storage and networking infrastructure total cost of less than $200 per user.
Through performance testing, NetApp has demonstrated that a combined architecture with XenDesktop and NetApp Data ONTAP can help customers deploy storage for persistent and non-persistent virtual desktop use cases for as low as $35.
New Citrix HDX 3D technology enhancements offer unmatched direct GPU acceleration to support the most complex 3D and graphical applications. Combined with the new H.264 compression, organizations can now deliver engineering design, CAD/CAM and other graphics design apps on-demand to any mobile device. First introduced with Citrix HDX 3D in 2009, NVIDIA enabled accelerated hosted-shared (RDS) sessions for multi-user scalability. XenDesktop 7 will be available in June 2013. XenDesktop 7 is available in Platinum, Enterprise and VDI editions on a per-user, per-device or concurrent basis. Interlink rivers and save water – save life’ campaign meeting held at Borivali

Mumbai.The meet of NGO ‘Gandhi Vichar Manch’ for Interlink rivers and save water – save life’ campaign and 25th June 2013 planned march from gateway of India to Delhi’s India Gate has been inconclusive. It has not been decided if they will walk till Delhi or travel via vehicles and walk only in major cities. The next meet is in June 1st week.

Gandhi Vichar Manch’s president Manmohan Gupta said,” The Rivers of India should be interlinked with canals. This will enable flood prone areas to heave a relief and drought prone areas to get water.
