Further adding, “As per our Hindu Mythology, there are mantras which are chanted without clothes, but No one has ever questioned that?”

He strongly believes in Naked Yoga & doesn’t find it bizarre, “I practice ashtang yoga & for Naked yoga to work effectively one can perform the asana on a thick cotton sheet, there would not be any balance problem and one can meditate also.

It also makes you comfortable with your own body. When you chant, you send positive vibes & your pores release the positive vibration but with clothes on, it takes time to release those energies.”

He summarizes, “To each his own, but I practice naked yoga and have no problem in training people. Naked is Divine.”

Dalla-Riva announces new performing arts agreement between Victoria and India

Victoria’s arts and design links with India were significantly strengthened today with the announcement of a new partnership between the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) and India’s National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA).

Announcing the new agreement in Mumbai, Minister for Manufacturing, Exports and Trade, Mr. Richard Dalla-Riva MLC, said the partnership would initially deliver two-week actor training workshops in Mumbai with the long-term aim of developing degree courses in film and theatre arts awarded by the VCA.

“The VCA is one of the finest art colleges in Australia and the NCPA is among India’s leading cultural institutions,” Mr. Dalla-Riva said.

“This partnership will strengthen ties between Victoria and India.”

Despite the size of India’s population, its rapidly expanding theatre scene and the global recognition of Bollywood, there are still many opportunities for collaboration in training of budding actors and directors.

An initial two-week actor training workshop will be conducted at the NCPA in collaboration with Mr. Naseeruddin Shah, one of India’s finest actors and directors.

“I am delighted we can offer our performing arts expertise to help open doors for many aspiring actors, writers, editors and directors in India,” Mr. Dalla-Riva said.

Mr. Dalla-Riva is in Mumbai as part of the Victorian Government Super Trade Mission to India of 180 delegates representing 140 Victorian Organizations.

The ground-breaking agreement followed a celebration of the close design links between Melbourne and Mumbai with Mr. Dalla-Riva leading more than 40 Super Trade Mission delegates on walk-through historic paths of the Melbourne-Mumbai Design Map.

The Design Map was a collaboration between National Design Institute of Australia and the National Design Centre in India.

The Map highlights prominent designers from both cities and their favourite design features, galleries, shops and restaurants.

The Issue opens on March 07, 2013 and closes on March 15, 2013.

SBI Capital Markets Limited and A. K. Capital Services Limited are the Lead Managers to the Issue.

The bonds have been rated “BWR AA+ (SO) (Outlook: Stable)” by Brickwork; “CARE AA (Double A)” by CARE. Instruments with this rating are considered to have high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations and carry very low credit risk.

The Bonds will be open for subscription for four categories of investors viz. Category I – Qualified Institutional Investors (QIBs), Category II – Domestic Corporates, Category III- High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and Category IV – Retail Individual Investors (RIIs)

The tenure of the bonds shall be 10 years and 40% of the Issue shall be earmarked for Retail Individual Investors. The Bonds offer a coupon rate of 6.97% p.a. for Allottees under Category I, II and III Portions and 7.47% p.a. for original Allottees under Category IV Portion.

In case the Bonds held by the original Allottees under Category IV Portion are sold/transferred (except in case of transfer of Bonds to legal heirs in the event of death of the original Allottee), the coupon rate shall stand revised to the coupon rate applicable for Allottees falling under Category I, II and III Portions

The funds raised through this Issue will be utilized for augmenting the long-term resources of the Company and for financing the capital expenditure plan of the Company for carrying out its business activities.

The movie is about two roommates and good friends, Sid (Riteish Deshmukh) and Adi (Tusshar Kapoor) and the roller-coaster journey they embark on as they are struck by cupid. Adi is a struggling actor, whilst Sid is a struggling DJ. Adi falls in love with Simran (Neha Sharma) who works at a call-center, and Sid falls for Anu (Sarah Jane Dias) who he meets at a fashion show. Anu and Simran go to Goa to meet Anu’s father, Marlo (Anupam Kher) and Adi and Sid follow them there. The film then takes a hilarious turn when they meet Baba 3G (Chunky Pandey), a conman in Goa, creating fun filled mayhem.

Kya Super Kool Hain Hum builds upon its legacy and gets even crazier, funnier and outright hilarious. Bigg Boss of “The City That Never Sleeps” movie Pooja Misrra will be soon seen in her new avatar where she will welcome Atithi Devo Bhav in the indian version of bbc’s popular show ‘come dine with me’ called Welcome-Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki. It was surprise to see the Bigg Boss girl avoiding all kind of fights and celebrate her birthday carnival style on the show. Other contestants had come with preconceived notions about her on the show, and were trying to trigger fights in all directions but Pooja handled it with utmost dignity and refused to get embroiled in any kind of controversies. India’s No.1 Music label T-Series acquires the music rights of Viacom 18’s upcoming films.

The music rights of Viacom 18’s few upcoming movies has been acquired over by India’s No.1 Music label T-Series. T-Series and Viacom 18 have had a long association of working on films together with their recent ones being Inkaar, Special Chabbis, Chashme Baddoor to name a few.

Viacom 18’s upcoming films to name a few are Boss, Mumbai Delhi Mumbai, Second Time Lucky, Daana Pani, Michael, Golu and Pappu in the House and Queen whose music rights are acquired by T-Series. The list includes one of the most awaited film of the year Boss starringAkshay Kumar & Aditi Rao Hayadri and Queen starring Kangana Ranaut.
