Mumbai City Football Club Players visit Jan Vikas Society Orphanage

After the launch of the logo and christening of ISL’s Mumbai Franchise on Saturday, the players and staff of Mumbai City FC used their Sunday to bring some smiles to the faces of children at the Jan Vikas Society orphanage in Navi Mumbai. The orphanage serves as a caring home for children from the streets of Mumbai. The delighted faces, fun and fits of laughter that ensued from playing football in the orphanages’ backyard created beautiful memories for everyone involved.

Manuel Friedrich along with Syed Rahim Nabi, Rohit Mirza and Asif K were touched with the response they received from the children towards the love for the game and for them. The children were enthusiastic to display their talent to the renowned German footballer Friedrich, recently signed by Mumbai City FC for the inaugural season of the ISL.
