Mumbai, September 14, 2012 – Talented are the ones who lead. They are the ones who carry the flag of the nation and become the torchbearers. For three seasons, India’s Got Talent mesmerized audiences, bringing to the forefront talents that created a record and an identity for the country. Also joining the three juries will be Farah Khan who will have a special role to play in this season. She says, “I started as a young choreographer in my teens, directed my first film in my thirties and made my acting debut this year. There is absolutely no stopping for the talented, not even age. Kamaal Nana Dhamaal Paresh Malamaal Priyan!

It is not often that a hit combo comes back to make yet another superhit. Paresh Rawal and Nana Patekar are coming back together in Percept Pictures’ Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal directed by Priyadarshan all set to hit the marquee on 28th September. “Nana has a very unusual role in the film. He normally sets the screen afire with his dialogue delivery but this time it is his silence that will score,” says Paresh Rawal. Nana echoes Paresh’s sentiments, “when you share screen space with stalwarts, there is so much give and take. And this reflects on the screen. Paresh has been associated with Priyan for so long and he must be finding it very delightful to work with someone like him again and again. When I act with Priyan, I relax simply because I follow what he wants me to do. As actors it is not always easy to surrender to a director unless you know that he is totally in command.”

Priyan grins at the thought of his team of extraordinary gentlemen. “Nana and Paresh, I would say are treasures and whether it is them or the rest of the veterans who are part of KDM, each one’s contribution has made the film in the real sense.”

For the first time collaborates with folk singer

The Sufi maestro Kailash Kher has reached such great heights that singers and bands in India and abroad wish to collaborate with him for the music albums. One can gauge the popularity of this singer whose January released album “Rangeele” set record breaking sales. “We never collaborated with anyone before in spite of getting offers from the foreign countries not only because we have commitments in India but also we did not want to do music that will run-of-the mill,” says Kher. But surprisingly, the singer who never opted to collaborate with any one before has announced a collaboration with Padmashri awardee singer Prahlad Tipanya for his fifth album.

It happened in a click for Kher whose mind was captivated by the music created by Tipanya when Kher had been to Tipanya’s concert organised in Tipanya’s village last year. Stunned by the simplicity and penetrative power of the music created by Prahlad, Kailash knew it immediately that he will be collaborating with Prahlad. Prahlad’s music made Kailash nostalgic and flooded his mind with childhood memories. “Prahladji’s singing reminded me of my father who was though not a trained singer but sang with much passion,” said Kher.

Prahlad, who is a teacher-principal in a small school in Madhya Pradesh, was awarded Padmashri in 2011.Tipanya creates music with a soul and rural touch believes Kher. “Today, with whatever little bit experience and means I have, I can hopefully take this music to its true audience in a new form,” beams Kher. “And I wish that the people who say there is no audience for genuine unaltered folk music could see the crowd pulling capability of these rural rock stars,” he adds.

We have often seen two male actors giving tough fight to each other in an action scene but the toughest of the action is performed by the two damsels of Resident Evil-Retribution- Milla Jovovich and Sienna Guillory.

“The fight which has nearly 200 moves is truly immense and brilliant,” says Guillory. “Milla and I worked every day on it. It’s actually a very beautiful fight. It incorporates things that we had never done before with weapons and lots of aerial moves,” she adds. As much as efforts the two starlets put in preparing for the action, the crew also worked equally hard in filming it. The sequence is one of the most complicated sequences filmed and choreographed till date.

Praising the superb work done by the veteran stunt coordinator Nick Powell, Milla says “Even after being with Resident Evil for such a long time I hadn’t performed such an action sequence. The crew of the movie had to put in excessive physical effort to complete this particular action scene.”On the other hand complimenting the leading lady Powell said, “Milla has completed the scene with perfection. She is a thoroughly diligent actress.”
