Grazing Goat Pictures 72 Miles Ek Pravas hits a hat-trick at Maharashtra State Film Awards

 

Mumbai 13.08.14: Grazing Goat Pictures first Marathi film 72 Miles Ek Pravas adds another feather to its cap. The film had earlier won Dadasaheb Phalke Award for the Best Film (Jury) this time hits the hat-trick with not one but three awards at the Maharashtra State Film Awards 2013 – 2014. The film won Best Grameen Film, Best Director – Late Mr. Rajeev Patil & Best Actress Smita Tambe.

 

Speaking on winning the Best Grameen Film Ashvini Yardi, Producer, Grazing Goat Pictures says “This is one film which is very close to my heart. I am very happy that we at Grazing Goat Pictures entered into Marathi cinema with this particular film. Such kind of appreciation has definitely given me boost for producing different subjects in Marathi films. Lastly We would like to dedicate this award to the director Rajiv Patil without his hard work & dedication this wouldn’t have been possible.”
