Synopsis of “THE UNSOUND”: Dev Oberoi, who suffers from multiple organic psychotic disorder – a condition that makes his behavior extremely unpredictable and at times even violent. Amidst a failed marriage and an impending divorce, a young beautiful girl Simran is charmed by Dev’s flattering ways. But you don’t always get what you see. So while those who are close to him desert him, there are others who enter his life not knowing what lies ahead. Ironically, amongst those who fall in the trap of Dev’s seemingly normal attractive persona is his own psychiatrist — a beautiful woman named Joana. Their torrid one-night affair happens despite Joana’s committed relationship with Dev’s close friend Dr.Kshitij Saxena. Will she expose the deep dark secrets of Dev’s violent past and present to give him a better future? And can she rescue herself from the demons of Dev’s unsound mind? BEACH SOCCER TOURNAMENT – DAY 2 MATCH REPORT

Day 2 at Barefoot Fest, India’s first professional beach soccer championship witnessed some serious soccer action, with some of the top teams of Goa putting their beach soccer skills to the test!

The first match of the day took place between the well-known Dempo Juniors and C.J. Brothers. Favourites of the crowd Dempo Juniors won the match 2-1 in sudden death (a penalty shootout). Though the game began with a goal from Shafin Khan in favour of C.J. Brothers, Dempo’s Basilieo Fernandes levelled scores with a cracking goal towards the end of the second half. The match went into a penalty shootout where Shalon Pires from Dempo Juniors scored for his team while C.J. Brothers missed the net.

However, Dempo Juniors did not qualify for the pre-quarters being held on 7th Feb owing to a loss to Piedade Y. Association in their second match today.

The second encounter between Portais S.C. (A) and Augustias Sporting Club (B) went down to a nail-biting penalty shootout, with the latter winning 3-2. The first half saw several chances being missed and some great saves by both teams resulting in no goals being scored. The second half began on an energetic note with Nilesh Naik from Augustias S C (B) scoring in the first few minutes. Mozan Shaikh from Portais (A) replied with a striking goal, thus levelling scores 1-1. Penalty shootouts were used to decide the result of the match. Prashant Gaonkar and Nilesh Naik scored one penalty each for Augustias. Vardan Haldankar tried to save his team through one penalty shootout but unfortunately, Mozan Shaikh, who scored for Portais S.C. (A) earlier in the match, missed his penalty shot. Nilesh Naik was the star of the match.

The third match was again decided on the basis of a penalty shootout. Between the A.A. De Moira and Santa Cruz Cavelossim, the end of first half was in favour of De Moira with one goal from Akshay Moraskar. Jolex Fernandes scored a stunning goal for Cavelossim in the first minute of the second half to level the score 1-1. Excitement in both camps was on its peak as the penalty shootouts went to the last minute with the match eventually going in favour of Santa Cruz Cavelossim. The shootouts began with a goal each from Arbaz Shaikh of AA. De Moira and Fredrick Endro from Santa Cruz Cavelossim; followed by a shootout, which was missed by both teams. In the third shootout, Akshay Moraskar from AA. De Moira missed his shot, thus giving an advantage to Santa Cruz Cavelossim that cashed in on the same with a smashing goal from Sagar Bakhandae; thus winning the match 3-2.

In a one-sided fourth match between Piedade Y. Association and Crown Club, Piedade Y. Association dominated from the very start with Agnelo Colaco and Ajay Diwadkar scoring a corner each in the first half. Even the second half could not turn the fortunes of Crown Club, as Ajay Diwadkar scored his second goal with a brilliant header. Sanford Gonsalves from Crown Club managed to score one goal for Crown Club towards the end of the second half with a penalty kick, but Piedade Y. Association won the match with a convincing 3-1 lead.

In the last big ticket game of the tournament, Churchill Red Machines showed why they were powerhouse in the sport with a convincing 3-1 win over Cuncolim Union. They opened their account as early as in the 2nd minute against Cuncolim. It didn’t stop there as with some immaculate passing, 45 seconds later they doubled their tally. Cuncolim’s attempts on the Churchill goal post were not threatening enough though they scored a consolation goal in the second half against the third one from Churchill.

Randeep Hooda considers Murder 3 lucky

After receiving rave reviews for his performance in Vishesh Films’ Jannat 2, Randeep Hooda is hoping to strike gold with his next association with the production house- Murder 3.

The actor who will next be seen in Fox Star Studios and Vishesh Films’ Murder 3, is looking forward to the release, that will see him play a wildlife photographer in the plot driven thriller, which also marks the directorial debut of Vishesh Bhatt,after whom the production house has been named.

All praise for the first-time director says Randeep, “This will be my eighth film with a first time director, but Vishesh Bhatt surprised me with his maturity”.

After the first two installments that took the box office by storm,Randeep Hooda is hoping to carry the success of the franchise forward. Adds Randeep, “It is my good luck that this film is titled ‘Murder 3’ because the first two films were very successful and I would also want to strike a lottery with this one. PRO Harish Sharma whose directorial debut film “2 Nights in Soul Valley” released last year in December, at the start of this year Sharma flew to Spain for a Calendar Photo shoot and video with world’s best Football player Andres Iniesta. The shoot which was scheduled for 9th January was with Andres Iniesta and India based German model Claudia. The shoot was done for Rajbir Singh’s Aska beverages who has taken the franchisee of Iniesta’s wines. After returning from Spain Sharma spelt his experience of shooting with Iniesta, “The man is simply down to earth! For an international player’s stature you would expect that he will have bodyguards and bouncers for security but it wasn’t like that. He was alone when he came to greet us.” During the shoot Sharma invited Iniesta to India but owing to his busy schedule he declined the invitation. However, after Sharma and his team touched India, the very next day Rajbir received a mail from Iniesta’s management confirming the acceptance of invitation on part of Iniesta. Iniesta’s visit to India will be a boost to Indian Football lovers and football players. Sources confirm that Iniesta will be here only for two days yet is keen to see Taj Mahal, Delhi and may be football city Kolkata. Iniesta is likely to fly to India this June. “I hope I will manage to fulfill his wishes,” said Rajbir.

Actress Sunny Leone has denied making any statement on rape on her twitter account. A section of the online media was abuzz with the news that Sunny had tweeted that “Rape is surprise sex.”

But then that was only after one, Kamaal Rashid Khan had mentioned on his twitter timeline that Sunny had said something to this effect. Kamaal Khan tweeted the above on January 31, when Sunny was busy filming ‘Ragini MMS-2’ in Mumbai.

Some sections of the online media, in an urge to jump the gun, did not verify the same, and ran the news that Sunny had deleted the tweet after putting it up.

“In normal cases, I would have ignored this man’s tweet. But it became an issue and I am not insensitive. Being a woman, I am not one to make a loose comment on rape. At a time when the country is in the aftermath of what happened in New Delhi, it is disgusting for someone to make a joke out of this. I strongly condemn the man’s incorrect and insensitive statement and his false accusation of me having made a callous remark like that,” says Sunny, who has sent a written complaint to the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of the Mumbai Police, urging action.

The actress was earlier approached for a role by Kamaal Rashid Khan and she had refused the same. “I was informed by my manager and husband that this man had earlier offered me a film. We had refused. Maybe this is his way of getting back at us,” remarks Leone.
