Ayushmann Khurrana surprises the East India Comedy team through the McDowell’s No.1 Soda & DriveU SHARE feature

The Bollywood star turned up as their designated driver for the day

Mumbai, 20th April, 2017: Popular comedians Sapan Verma, Sahil Shah and Azeem Banatwalla from East India Comedy (EIC) were in for a surprise last week when well known Bollywood celebrity and singer, Ayushmann Khuranna, was sent to be their designated driver through the SHARE feature recently launched by McDowell’s No.1 Soda in association with DriveU. Ayushmann Khurrana spent the entire day driving the trio around safely while they attended multiple house parities on a Sunday afternoon. The rib-tickling video captures how the friends have used the DriveU and McDowell’s No.1 Soda SHARE feature which allows you to book a driver for your car so that can spend hassle free time with your No. 1 Yaars.

 

The video, created in partnership with McDowell’s No.1 Soda, begins with the EIC team making plans amongst each other on a Sunday afternoon of partying. Their plans include multiple destinations and of course, ending the day with a fun filled party. However, rightfully so,  they choose not to be under the influence and drive and therefore, Azeem Banatwalla, ends up booking a driver on the DriveU app – which turns out to be Ayushmann Khurrana! The trio get driven around by Ayushmann while they playfully take digs at him throughout the entire drive. Ayushmann even pulls a clever prank on them that leaves the EIC team stumped.
