The music launch of Lalitya Munshaw New Age Album Indian Chill Harmonics was a fun affair which was attended by several famous personalities from Bollywood and industrialist circle. It was unveiled by Bollywood actors Vivek Oberoi, actress Brunna Abdulla, Kainaat Arora, Manjiri Fadnis, Karishma Tanna, Sonali Kulkarni and Maryam Zakariya. The first to arrive was actor Vivek Oberai who was seen cutting the cake along with Lalitya Munshaw and Grand the Mast team who were eager to eat it. They were all in masti mood and managed to bring the audiences to splits with their naughty acts. Vivek Oberoi was seen praising Lalitya’s Album he said, “Indian Chill Harmonics album music is fantastic and it has International flavour and it is a different Kind of Album and I like it very much. I wish Lalitya a great Success.”

Actress Bruna Abdulla raised the temperature of party and was seen bonding and discussing with beautiful actress Manjari Fadhnis and Producer Satish Reddy about the latest trend in Bollywood. Charming actress Maryam Zakariya spread her magic on people and everyone was stuck to get a glimpse of the beautiful actress. She said, “The Music of Indian Chill Harmonic is a very beautiful and Lalitya has done a great job in this album. I wish Lalitya the great success for her album. Actress karishma Tanna was seen chatting with Kainaat Arora and Sonali Kulkarni about the album and the masti they did in their movie. Industrialist Dilip Piramal walked with his beautiful wife Shalini Piramal and was seen Bonding with Lalitya Munshaw, Gokul Indani and Industrialist Rubeen Malkhani. Lalitya was looking very gorgeous in black dress and she sang a beautiful song where everyone was stuck at one place for her enthralling performance. She said, “Its great pleasure to launch my Album Indian Chill Harmonics by Grand Masti Team. Indian Chill Harmonics has all the music breaks, infused drums and bass with classical melodies with fusion world and I thank Vivek Oberoi and all Grand Masti team for making it big day.”

Atul Parchure to play the food-loving boss in Zee TV’s Bh Se Bhade!


After delivering various successful hit situational comedy shows, JD Majethia and Hats Off Productions is back with their brand new offering – Bh Se Bhade, starting soon on Zee TV. Under the creative hands of JD Majethia and a powerful script-writer Aatish Kapadia, the show is sure to be adorned by its viewers and critics alike.

Roped in to play the role of a Bhadey’s Boss in the show – Atul Parchure, is the man who has previously been seen in a lot of comic avtaars on the small screen. Playing a funny boss on the show, Atul Parchure said, “I play the role of Bhimsen Ganguly, who is Bhade’s boss. I have played numerous funny characters on-screen and in my plays, but I know this character in particular is sure to make me a household name as every foodie watching the show will connect with me and will definitely love to witness a boss who cares less about work and thinks more about food.”

Dependant on Bhade to take all the decisions in office, Mr. Ganguly is in fact younger than Bhade and runs an insurance company just becvasue his father owned it. In fact, he agrees to keep Bhade in his firm only because his father had asked him never to move Bhade out of the company.

Irrfan Khan on Comedy Circus ke Mahabali

Irrfan Khan made a special appearance on Comedy Circus ke Mahabali with actress Nimrit Kaur to promote his upcoming movie ‘Lunchbox’. The usually serious actor was in a jovial mood as he laughed his guts out.

Irrfan Khan made an entry on the stage with Bharti and Krushna. When on stage Krushna questioned Bharti that she always flirts with all the guests who come on the show but didn’t with Irrfan, why so? A very shy Bharti said, “Irrfan shadi shuda hain”. Irrfan had a hearty laugh on his way to the judges table and joined Archana and Arbaaz for a fun filled episode.

KOCHADAIIYAAN – A World First for Indian Cinema

The magnum opus feature film Kochadaiiyaan – The Legend starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Bollywood’s reigning Deepika Padukone, is set to blaze a trail globally in cutting-edge Motion Capturing with Photorealistic Technology, as it rivals and transcends the technological capabilities of Hollywood masterpieces Avatar, Tin Tin and Beowulf.

Referred to as India’s answer to Avatar, Kochadaiiyaan is the first Indian film to use full performance capture in its production process, a workflow that was pioneered and optimized on James Cameron’s Avatar. The film is also the first film of its kind to be produced in its allocated budget and completed within the timescales set.

Director Soundarya Rajnikanth Ashwin has explored the use of full performance capture in Kochadaiiyaan in its full magnitude. The film’s uniqueness also stems from the fact this project combines many modern-era technologies to aid in visual storytelling and bring to life mythological India.

The company on board for Kochadaiiyaan’s motion capture process which records the movement of humans or objects in a computer or digitally was Centroid Studios who had previously worked on Brad Pitt’s World War Z and Pirates of the Caribbean. Counter Punch Studios based in L.A. were brought in for the facial capturing who collaborated with Faceware Technologies. Their respective credits include Araham Lincoln Vampire and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

During the shoot in London alone, over 90 cameras were used to shoot every scene in the film which captured the performance of each artist from their every angle. Kochadaiiyaan was also equipped with Auro 3D sound technology, becoming the third Indian film to do so.

Speaking about the technological innovations in the film, Soundarya says: “I have been passionately involved in film animation techniques and production for the last six years and for Kochadaiiyaan we wanted to do something unique and decided to do this with the use of Motion Capture technology which was never attempted in its full band-with in India before. The technology truly captured the essence of the actor’s performance, but at the same time allowed us unlimited creativity on all grounds from creating character’s looks, building lavish sets, directing expansive fight sequences and creating elaborate costumes. I do hope Kochadaiiyaan will be a game-changer for Indian cinema on a global level.”

South Indian megastar Rajinikant is cast as the archetypal superhero in the epic dramatisation of good versus evil. He performs a dual role with Deepika being paired opposite the younger character. They are joined by current and veteran stars of North and South Indian Cinema such as Jackie Shroff and R. Sarathkumar for a global, Pan-Indian cinematic treat.

Biggies drop in on the sets of Phata Poster Nikhla Hero

The shooting schedule of Ramesh Taurani’s Phata Poster Nikhla Hero was star-filled in quite the literal sense.

Some of the biggest names in the industry were welcome guests on the sets of the mad-cap comedy ,directed by Rajkumar Santoshi,given the long standing and warm equation they share with the producers.

The sets were graced by Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor who worked with Tips on Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani,new-kid-on-the-block Arjun Kapoor who came to wish close friend Shahid Kapoor. Duo Abbas Mastan associated with the Race franchise made their presence felt at the studio ,along with directors David Dhawan,Prabhudheva and Mohit Suri.

September 12, 2013: The internationally acclaimed series produced by Disney Television Animation, Gravity Falls will debut on Disney Channel India on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 6.30 pm. Gravity Falls is just west of weird, slightly east of eerie and always north of normal, in a fresh new comedy series that follows city kids and twins Dipper and Mabel Pines who are sent to spend the summer with their eccentric Great Uncle Stan (aka Grunkle Stan) who runs a tourist trap called The Mystery Shack in a remote northwestern town where nothing is what it seems. There are creatures in the forest, there are monsters in the lake and even time traveling adventures.

Dipper and Mabel Pines are in for an unexpected adventure when upon their arrival in Gravity Falls, Dipper and Mabel’s huckster great uncle, also known as Grunkle Stan, enlists the siblings’ help in running The Mystery Shack, a fun tourist trap he owns that overcharges unsuspecting customers. Although Dipper and Mabel quickly discover The Mystery Shack itself is a hoax, they sense there is something strange about their new town and together they begin to unlock the secrets of Gravity Falls.

In the premiere episode Dipper and Mabel set out on a quest to prove the existence of a sea monster that, according to rumours, lives at the bottom of the local lake. A boating expedition ensues along with a lot of intriguing situations and scenarios.

So it’s time to forget Monday blues and relax after a long day at school with some adventure and mystery with Gravity Falls.

Adaalat on Sony TV, has left a mark on the viewers with its interesting story line which is very entertaining as it revolves around a defense lawyer (K.D Pathank a.k.a Ronit Roy), who fights his each case to set free the innocent victims. In the upcoming episode, Hiren who had been accused of the murder of his parents is now released from the asylum. He goes back to his house where the murder had taken place. The other members of the family are not happy with Hiren around. Hiren sees these dark shadows near the window pane and starts screaming. Later we see bats hanging from the window pane which make him scared. There are two more murders that take place and Hiren is running with blood on his clothes which make people think he is the murderer. KD on meeting him finds about his behavior weird .The situation becomes worse when another murder takes place in d court premises and it was Hiren who ran into that room and locked it. Later when cops went there he was sitting at a corner and scared looking at the body.

How will KD save Hiren now? Why does he get scared looking at the bats?

92.7 Big FM, India’s No. 1 FM radio network has entered its sixth edition of the Big Green Ganesha Campaign (BGGC). BGGC is an award winning initiative which aims at instilling a sense of responsibility amongst citizens towards creating a better environment by celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi in an eco-friendly fashion.

The 2013 campaign is themed ‘Ashta-Vinayak’, where eight unique eco-friendly paper mâché Ganesha idols have been installed at the eight different locations.. In addition, the campaign also aims to set a record by collecting the maximum number of old newspapers from a single location and enter the prestigious ‘Limca Book of Records’. With the installation of 30 Ganesha Pandals, the campaign will be spread across 8 cities with the setting up of 48 paper mâché idols.

Cartoon Network Amazone Goes Ultimate with the Completion of Humungaslide

Thailand’s first internationally branded waterpark on track to open in the first half of 2014

Mumbai, September 12, 2013: Cartoon Network Amazone reached an ultimate construction milestone today with the completion of Humungaslide, the high-speed water coaster based on the hugely popular Ben 10 alien, Humungousaur.

Humungaslide is part of The Omniverse, one of 10 exhilarating themed zones at Cartoon Network Amazone, the world’s first Cartoon Network waterpark. Located in coastal Bang Saray, Thailand, and set to open in the first half of 2014, Cartoon Network Amazone will invite guests to unleash their inner ‘toon and get animated like never before.

The Omniverse zone features six high-speed water coasters, towering as high as 23 meters in the air. Guests will feel the intensity of one of Ben 10’s largest aliens on the Humungaslide, where two rafts race each other in circular slides, speeding through daring twists and turns before being dropped eight meters into the clutches of Humungousaur for a dramatic, heart-pounding finish.

Liakat Dhanji, Chairman and CEO of Amazon Falls Co. Ltd, the developer of the water park, said, “Cartoon Network Amazone is the first internationally branded water park for Thailand, which means it will instantly put the country on the global theme park map.
